Allow version pinning

Jan Path requested to merge jpath/kics2:version-pinning into master

This was created to allow pinning network to version 2.8.0.0. However this isn't necessary, since just depending on network-bsd does the trick as well. But I thought having the ability to pin versions may still come in handy often.

Note that this depends on curry-libs!4
