Make Data.Functor.Identity a newtype again

Merged Fredrik Wieczerkowski requested to merge generate-newtypes into update-frontend

This branch turns Data.Functor.Identity, which was temporarily converted to a data type due to problems in the KiCS2 code generation, again into a newtype.
